*All services are covered by our 60-day limited workmanship warranty. This limited warranty does not cover: cosmetic damage, defects caused by misuse, abuse, accident, negligence or acts of God, products that have been modified or whose serial number or warranty/refurbished sticker has been altered or removed, products that have been improperly maintained or that anyone other than a service provider authorized by Good Guys TV Mounting has attempted to repair. If the damage is found to be associated to the part/materials (i.e., mount, etc.) provided by client, it is the client's responsibility to contact the manufacturer or distributor of the part. Clients must determine if your existing mount is VESA (Video Electronics Standards Association) compliant. VESA is a standard that is used for TV mounting brackets, and it is followed by the majority of TV manufacturers. If it's not (or if the weight of your new TV is drastically different), you'll likely need to purchase a new TV wall mount.
